The NBAs 75th anniversary team will be honored in a special ceremony at halftime of the All-Star Game. Usher Spike Lee Tiffany Haddish and Anthony Anderson will take fans on a journey through the leagues first 75 years. Earth Wind & Fire will then perform their hit song Shining Star as the halftime finale.
