Charter Building Group is proud to introduce the HGTV® Smart Home 2022, located in the community of River Bluffs in Castle Hayne, North Carolina.
We are honored to have been selected to build this project. There was a lot of behind-the-scenes work by our team and our preferred vendors and subcontractors to make this project a success. It was an exciting, fast-paced build with film crews following the progress along the way. We are thankful for the opportunity to work with the HGTV® team and look forward to implementing new ideas and smart living products into our future projects.

With an in-ground pool, Trex pergola and extensive decking, outdoor kitchen, and Phantom retractable screens, the exterior is an entertainer’s dream. Carmen Johnson Gardens expertly incorporated lush greenery, herb garden, and stone walkways throughout the property.
