I've searched all around online but I'm unable to find the answer.
A bachelor's degree would be 3 or 4 years long. Suppose you meet a college going girl and want to ask her which year she's doing in her college course. Would it be fine to ask, "Which year are you in college"? I think it'll very long to say, "Which year are you doing in your college course right now".
Alternatively, I can ask, "How many years do you have left in college". But I'd really like to know how to ask the first question properly. How do native BE speakers ask the question? Thanks a lot in advance. I'm over the moon to have found this forum!
