When will I receive my Kohl’s Cash?

For purchases made in store, you’ll receive a paper Kohl’s Cash® coupon at the time of purchase. For purchases made at a kiosk or from Kohls.com, your Kohl’s Cash® will arrive via email within 24 hours. When you receive this email, follow the instructions to print out your Kohl’s Cash® coupon.  If you prefer not to print your Kohl's Cash® email, the associate can scan it from your mobile device.

Kohl's Cash earned at Kohls.com can also be found in the Kohl's App Mobile Wallet. 

1. Launch the App.
2. Click the  menu button.
3. Select "Wallet".
4. Click "Kohl's Cash".
