Today’s Kohl’s Rewards program launched in September 2020, and also includes access to special, limited-time-only offers open exclusively to members. Kohl’s Cash earned as part of the Kohl’s Rewards program will be issued in $5 increments on the first day of each month.

How do you earn Kohl’s Cash?

Earning Kohl’s Cash is easy!

• For non-Rewards members, Kohl’s Cash is earned simply by shopping at Kohl’s during designated Kohl’s Cash earn periods. You’ll earn $10 in Kohl’s Cash for every $50 spent.
• For Rewards members, Kohl’s Cash is earned on every single Kohl’s purchase; you’ll earn back 5% of every dollar spent, which will be issued in $5 increments. Don’t worry, you’re eligible to earn Kohl’s Cash during Kohl’s Cash earn periods, too!

How do I receive Kohl’s Cash?

When making purchases in-store, Kohl’s Cash will be received as paper coupons (which also include codes that you can use during online purchases in the future). If you shop online or at a kiosk, you’ll receive your Kohl’s Cash in an email.

How can I check my Kohl’s Rewards balance?

Kohl’s Cash is automatically stored in your Kohl’s wallet if you have a Kohls.com shopping account. Check your balance by logging into your account.

• Sign in to your Kohls.com account on your desktop, laptop or mobile device
• Under “Account” at the top of the page, click “Kohl’s Cash”
• Navigate to the “Kohl’s Cash” tab and click “CHECK BALANCE”
• Your Kohl’s Cash balance will be displayed

How Do You Redeem Kohl’s Cash Rewards?

Kohl’s Cash can be redeemed in-store or online, either by presenting the coupons to the sales associate or entering the redemption codes during the digital checkout process. Kohl’s Cash does not exclude any brands, and there is no minimum purchase requirement to redeem Kohl’s Cash coupons. A maximum of six Kohl’s cash coupons can be redeemed in a single transaction.

To redeem Kohl’s Cash in-store:

• Shop as per usual — Kohl’s Cash can be applied to any Kohl’s purchase
• Bring your items and Kohl’s Cash coupons to the register
• Hand the sales associate your Kohl’s Cash coupon(s)
• Kohl’s Cash stored in your digital wallet can also be scanned in-store

ONLINE
To redeem Kohl’s Cash online:

• Shop as per usual — Kohl’s Cash can be applied to any Kohl’s purchase
• During the checkout process, enter the 15-digit Kohl’s Cash number and 4-digit PIN into the appropriate fields when prompted
• For purchases made in the Kohl’s App, any Kohl’s Cash in your digital wallet will be automatically applied

Can you claim Kohl’s Rewards after purchase?

You may be able to retroactively claim Kohl’s Rewards after a purchase by calling Kohl’s customer service at 1-844-564-5704. Kohl’s Rewards are applied to your balance within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated.

What if I need to return something that earned Kohl’s Cash

If you return an item whose purchase earned Kohl’s Cash, a refund will be issued in your original form of payment and the value of your Kohl’s Cash will be decreased.

Can you use expired Kohl’s cash?

Generally speaking, once Kohl’s Cash is expired, it is not redeemable. That said, Kohl’s does offer a 10-day grace period to use Kohl’s Cash in-store, and you may also be able to apply expired Kohl’s Cash to your online purchase by calling customer service.

Can you combine Kohl’s Cash and Kohl’s Coupons?

Kohl’s Cash can be redeemed with other Kohl’s coupons and offers — but stacking Kohl’s coupons does come with caveats. Kohl’s Cash discounts are taken after department-specific discounts, but before the single allowed sitewide discount. Also, you can only redeem up to six Kohl’s Cash coupons per transaction.

What is the Difference Between Yes2You and Kohl’s Cash?

Kohl’s Yes2You Rewards Program is no longer an active program — as of September 2020, it’s been replaced by the Kohl’s Rewards Program, a more straightforward way to earn rewards for shopping with Kohls.

Kohl’s Rewards is distinct from Kohl’s Cash: Kohl’s Cash refers to the actual coupons or discount codes earned, while the Kohl’s Rewards Program is a way to earn more of them.

Are my Yes2You rewards still valid?

Yes! If you were a member of the Yes2You Rewards Program, you will be automatically transitioned to the new Rewards program and your existing points will be automatically converted.
