2023 U.S. Open

The U.S. Open is the third of the four major championships held each year in professional golf. First held in 1895, the event is hosted by the United States Golf Association (USGA). Willie Anderson, Bobby Jones, Ben Hogan and Jack Nicklaus are the most successful players at the U.S. Open, having each won the event four times.
The U.S. Open is held annually in June, with the final round usually timed to finish on the third Sunday in June which is Father’s Day in the United States. The 2023 U.S. Open will be played between the 15th and 18th June 2023.
The event is held at a different course in the US each year. The 2023 U.S. Open will be played at the Los Angeles Country Club in Los Angeles, California for the first time.
