MAIN Recreation Sports Football Super Bowl LIX


It's the ultimate "world cup of American football" as the top AFC team squares off against the leading NFC team to compete for NFL glory at the 59th edition of the Super Bowl.

And it all happens on Sunday, February 9, 2025 live from Caesars Superdome in New Orleans airing in the US on FOX.

2025 Super Bowl TV schedule & kickoff

US fans can watch Super Bowl 59 play out nationwide on Sunday, February 9 beginning at 6 pm ET on FOC television with kickoff time set for 6:30 pm ET. (That's 5:30 pm Central, 4:30 pm Mountain, and 3:30 pm Pacific time.)

Up north, CTV covers the game for Canada while American football fans in Australia tune in Down Under during live coverage on ESPN and One HD.

Across the pond, (and five hours ahead of US East Coast time) the live game can be seen during the wee hours on BBC and Sky Sports in the UK.

Meanwhile, this year's OTHER big Super Bowl Sunday entertainment for kids of ALL ages -- the 2025 Puppy Bowl -- will be televised the same afternoon on Animal Planet on the Discovery Channel beginning on Sunday at 2PM ET.

Super Bowl halftime show

Once the two top teams are ready to play, and Super Bowl commercials are ready to air, all that's needed is a superstar for the halftime show.

Last year ,Usher took to the halftime stage to wow the Super Bowl and an audience of millions around the world.

But who will it be in 2025?

While mega-stars Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus are on the top comtenders list this year, they are being joined by other popular favorites such as Pink, Ariana Grande and Jay-Z.
