Today's Wordle Answer (#305) - April 20, 2022

Welcome back my fellow Wordle sickos, today is April 20 (celebrate responsibly) and you're here for some tips, hints, and answers for the day. Well I've got great news for you all: not only do I have your answer, but today's puzzle is pretty straightforward.

Have you tried today's Wordle? Whether you're a first-timer, a novice, or someone who has solved all 305 of these bad boys so far, today's answer is in the bag. There's some pretty predictable vowel placement that more or less solved the puzzle for me in a few guesses. If you open on with the right word, you could maybe get it in two.

If you want today's answer, which I can't blame you for seeking out, you can scroll right to the bottom where you'll find it. But if I may, I'd love it if you gave this Wordle a shot. In order to make it that much easier on you, here's some hints that'll all but guarantee you get it.

• Hint 1: Today's answer is the name of the best map in Call of Duty: Black Ops II and is filled with shipping containers. The same map name also appears in 2019's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

• Hint 2: Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception's most famous sequence takes place on a plane transporting a lot of today's word.

Haven't got it just yet? Well don't worry, I've got you. Today's Wordle answer is…cargo. That's right, I will die on the hill that Black Ops II's best map is Cargo, and then Modern Warfare completely ripped off the name. And if you don't already know about Uncharted 3's iconic cargo plane sequence, it's worth picking up the game (or checking out the new movie) to experience it.
