Entrance Exam

Requirements:

  • 1 pc. 2×2 ID Photo (white background) 
  • Testing Fee – Php 500.00 
  • Grade 12 School ID (Photocopy)

Procedure:

  1. Strategic Communications and Marketing Department (SCM) – Room 102-A 
    • Verify the online application information and process the Applicant ID after initial evaluation of    requirements to be submitted. Fill-out applicant’s module: https://aims.lpu.edu.ph/lpumnl/applicants 
    • Present Grade 12 School ID (Photocopy) 
  2. Pay the Entrance Exam fee at the Cashier’s Office
    • Php 500.00
  3. Return to Strategic Communications and Marketing Department (SCM) – Room 102-A for the Exam Schedule and Permit.

Reservation

Option 1: Onsite

Step 1: Application

  • Proceed to Room 102-A, Strategic Communications and Marketing Department (SCM). 
  • Submit a copy of your LPU-College Entrance Test result. 

Step 2: Verification

  • Once verified, a payment slip with Reservation ID number will be provided. 
  • Endorses applicant for payment at the Cashier’s Office. 

Step 3: Payment

  • Pay Php 2,000.00 reservation fee at the Cashier’s Office. 

Step 4:

  • Return to Room 102-A, Strategic Communications and Marketing Department (SCM) for encoding of reservation ID number and official receipt.
  • The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) – Admissions Section will send an email for confirmation of reservation.

Option 2: Online

Step 1: Application

  • Send an application via email to: [email protected] 
  • Email Subject: FRESHIES APPLICANT RESERVATION AY 2024-2025
  • Basic Information: 
    • Applicant Name: Ex. Dela Cruz, Juan P.
    • Program:                  
    • Contact Number:
  • Attach scanned copy of LPU College Entrance Test Result

Step 2: Verification

  • The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) – Admissions Section will verify reservation application

Step 3: Payment

Step 4: Confirmation

  • Once your payment is validated by the Cashiers’ Office, the OUR – Admissions Section will send an email for confirmation of reservation.

Enrollment Procedures 

FRESHIES/NEW STUDENTS  

STEP 1: Admissions Section – Room 104-A 

  • Submit complete Admission requirements (Pls. refer to the list of requirements below)
    • *Please present official receipt for those who availed the reservation.
  • Claim the unofficial assessment copy reflecting the enlisted subjects.

I. Freshies

  • LPU College Entrance Test Permit with Official Receipt and Result
  • Grade 12 Report Card (F138) [If to avail Early Enrollment: Copy of First Semester, Grade 12 Report Card or Certificate of Candidacy for Graduation]
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Valid ID of Guardian (If minor)

II. Transferees:   

  • 1 pc. 2×2 ID color picture (white background)
  • LPU College Entrance Test Permit with Official Receipt and Result
  • Certified True Copy of Grades/Transcript of Records
  • Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • Original and Photocopy of Birth Certificate

III. Other Status 

Graduate of Previous School Year (Enrollees who skipped One Semester or One Academic Year

For applicants from schools in the Philippines or schools abroad under DepEd and did not enroll in any college/university after graduation:  

  • 1pc. 2″x2″ Color Picture (white background)  
  • LPU College Entrance Test Permit with Official Receipt and Result
  • Original Grade 12 Report Card  
  • Good Moral Character  
  • Certification from the high school principal that the student’s Form 137-A is still in the school file and has not been forwarded to another college/university.  
  • Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate  
  • Photocopy of Valid ID of Guardian (if minor)

Alternative Learning System Graduate (ALS)  

  • 1pc. 2″x2″ Color Picture (white background)
  • LPU College Entrance Test Permit with Official Receipt and Result
  • Certificate of Completion or Diploma

  • Good Moral Certificate  
  • Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

Graduates of Non-Formal Education (NFE)

Foreign Students

Authenticated documents by the respective foreign embassies with English Translation:

    • LPU College Entrance Test Permit with Official Receipt and Result
    • Statement of Account
    • Valid English Proficiency Test Certificate/Result with 2 Years Validity
      • TOEIC-Test of English for International Communication
      • IELTS-International English Language System
      • TOEFL-Test of English as a Foreign Language
    • Passport with photocopy of all pages
    • 1 pc. 2×2 ID color photo (white background and corporate attire)
    • Valid ID of Guardian (if minor)

For Enrollees Coming from Schools Abroad (except for Filipino Schools under DepEd)  

  • Scholastic Records, duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence; if the country or territory of origin is already a member of the Apostille Convention, authentication of the Philippine Foreign Service is no longer necessary. Certificate of completion of secondary education (senior high school / grade 12 or its equivalent)  
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character or Recommendation from the School Guidance Counselor or Principal  
  • 1pc. 2″x2″ Color Picture (white background)  
  • Photocopy of Valid ID of Guardian (if minor)
  • LPU College Entrance Test Permit with Official Receipt and Result

For Filipino Applicants:  

  • Original and Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

For Foreign Nationals:  

  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or Special Study Permit (SSP) or Visa  
  • Data page of the applicant’s passport showing date and place of birth.  
  • Birth certificate or its equivalent duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post.  
  • Student’s Personal History (PHS) duly signed by the applicant, both in English, and in his/her national alphabet accompanied by his/her personal seal, if any, and containing, among others, his left and right thumbprints.  
  • A notarized affidavit of support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institution-al scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses.

Graduates of Bachelor’s Degree Programs (Second Courser)  

  • 1pc. 2″x2″ Color Picture (white background)  
  • Transfer Credential / Honorable Dismissal

Note: College transferees will follow the upperclassmen enrollment schedule to be provided by respective colleges. 

Enlistment for Transferees

  • Present the evaluation of credited subjects (If applicable) to the Enrollment Adviser who will enlist the subjects to be enrolled.

Reminder: 

  • Please check your unofficial enrollment assessment form before going to the next step.
  • All courses shall follow the blended learning modality except for My LPU LIFE Course which is full online (asynchronous)

STEP 2: Cashier’s Office 

  • Present the unofficial EAF for payment of the full or down payment
    • The minimum down payment is Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000)
  • Claim the Official Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) after payment of fees. 

STEP 3: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) – Room 218 

  • Apply for the School ID & secure student official student accounts
  • School ID will be released after the issuance of medical clearance      

STEP 4: Health Services Department – Room 127 

  • Undergo Medical and Dental check-up.
  • There will be an additional fee for the following laboratory tests:
    • All programs except for International Hospitality Management programs
      • CBC, Urinalysis, Fecalysis and Chest X-Ray: Php 500.00
  • International Hospitality Management programs
    • Basic 4+, HBsAg, Anti HBs and Anti HAV: Php 1,600.00

     Note: Lab tests may be done at any DOH accredited clinic or laboratory.

STEP 5: Bookstore – Room 125 

  • Purchase of school uniform (If applicable) or Official Red Shirt, and P.E. uniform.

Note: All International Hospitality Management Programs should be cleared by HSD before availing the uniform.

STEP 6: Admissions Section – Room 104A

  • Update the profile in the school database.

  • A student will only be considered Officially Enrolled after payment of the full or down payment. The Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF) serves as the student’s registration form/Certificate of Matriculation.
  • CHANGING OF SUBJECTS AND SCHEDULES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR DISSOLVED SUBJECTS OR WITH VALID REASON. 
  • Enrollment Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • Orientation schedule will be announced through LPU website and Facebook Page. 
  • Start of Classes: August 14, 2024
