Super Bowl picks – Playing a favorite: Kansas City Chiefs (+600)
Who is predicted to win the Super Bowl in 2025? The Kansas City Chiefs may not have been back to being a top-scoring offense, but what’s most encouraging about their chances to compete is a much-improved defense that ranked as a top-five unit.

But the real reason we should trust the Chiefs to be one of the Super Bowl finalists is because they’ve done this before. Coach Andy Reid won’t panic when the chips are down, and neither will Mahomes. He’ll just have to get better production out of his pass-catchers to pull it off, which we saw signs of with Rashee Rice’s continued development.
Super Bowl Odds – Picking an underdog: Miami Dolphins (+1900)
If the Miami Dolphins return to having one of the best offenses in the NFL, why shouldn’t they be viewed as legitimate contenders? Tyreek Hill is very hard to contain, and Mike McDaniel has one of the best schemes in the NFL. Yet, after losing several players in free agency, seeing how this team replenishes their lost talent will be paramount to their success.

Betting on a deep sleeper: New York Jets (+2500)
If the New York Jets were thought of as Super Bowl contenders before Aaron Rodgers got hurt, shouldn’t they return to that same status once he returns? Robert Saleh still has the Jets defense playing well, and if they can get better protection and more production out of their receivers, be prepared for the Jets to take flight next season.

Pick to avoid: New England Patriots (+15000)
A legendary franchise with a weak roster, we don’t trust this team to lead a quick turnaround in 2024. We need to see a new QB, more weapons injected into the offense, and just overall more playmakers on both sides of the ball.
If Bill Belichick couldn’t get it done, do you really believe Jerod Mayo will figure it all out in his first season?
