Housing
My fiancé and I are getting married end-2022. She will finish school mid-2022 and begin her first “big girl” job. I’ve been working for 4 years and have been saving up for our first home. We live in the Houston area and the housing market has skyrocketed since 2020 when the pandemic hit. We currently live in an apartment but are interested in purchasing our first home after we get married, either end-2022 or beginning-2023.
It looks like its a terrible time to be a home buyer since prices look to be at all time highs…. Any idea or forecast on what the housing market will look like in 2022/2023?
