Like its sister resort, Hilton Bonnet Creek, there are direct shuttle services throughout the day. Depending on the time of day, the Magic Kingdom shuttle runs every 30 minutes, while the other theme parks run every 60 minutes. Trips are less frequent during the off-peak hours. For example, the shuttle to Disney Springs only runs in the afternoon, evening, and nighttime.

The shuttle pick-up is outside the courtyard on the first floor (next to the fitness center).

There is no shuttle service to Disney Springs, but it’s just a 5-minute walk away. The path outside the pool area leads to a pedestrian bridge. If you prefer to drive, the Disney Springs parking garage is complimentary.

Shuttle Details:

Guests can enjoy free continuous shuttle bus service to all four Disney theme parks.

The shuttle departs Covington Mill every 30 minutes from 1 hour before the parks open until noon and every 60 minutes from 12 PM until 6 PM. In the hours following 6 PM, a shuttle departs every 30 minutes until 90 minutes after the park closes.

This property features an outdoor pool complex with a lazy river and an 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman. Several enticing dining options are available, from farm-to-table cuisine at Whisper Creek Farm to fine Italian dining at Primo.

Shuttle Details:

The shuttle service is “free,” but there is a catch. If and when you pay an additional “resort fee” on top of your daily room rate, you are eligible for the hotel’s free shuttle services. The amenities and services included in the resort fee are enhanced Wi-Fi, fitness classes, pool floats, etc., and the shuttle service.

The shuttle takes guests to Epcot and the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC) throughout the day. Once at the TTC, you can hop aboard the monorail to travel throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Reservations are required and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Margaritaville Resort Orlando offers traditional hotel rooms as well as individual vacation home Cottages ranging from 1 to 8 bedrooms on a several-hundred-acre resort campus just a bit south of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This laid-back island-style resort inspired by Jimmy Buffett includes a huge pool complex with a sandy beach area, an on-site shopping and entertainment district, and the Island H2O Water Park (admission fee required).

Shuttle Details:

Shuttles to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld are included in the resort amenity fee charged to all guests. Reservations must be made in advance, as early as the day prior and no later than one hour before departure.

Shuttles depart from the hotel porte cochere; if you’re staying in one of the Cottages, you can request a courtesy shuttle to take you to the hotel so you can catch the theme park shuttle there.

Departure times are somewhat limited, so be sure to check the latest schedule so you don’t get left behind. On that page, you’ll also note a few quirky shuttle restrictions, such as no strollers allowed and that groups of 10 or more are not permitted.

Shuttle Details:

Fantasy World Resort guests have access to free shuttle services to Disney World. However, shuttles operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, groups of 10 or more cannot utilize shuttles.

ADA guests with wheelchairs must make their reservations 24 hours in advance. Luggage, scooters, and other large items are not allowed on the shuttle.

Amenities include a restaurant, 24/7 convenience store, fitness center, outdoor pool, hot tub, and poolside tiki bar. Breakfast is available for a fee. A business center, a meeting room, and a game room are also available.

Shuttle Details:

The Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Visa offers a complimentary shuttle to Magic Kingdom. Currently, there is one departure and return shuttle, which departs at 9:30 AM and returns at 6:30 PM. Shuttles are first-come, first-served.

You should check with the hotel for the latest schedule since this can change at any time. The lady I spoke with on the phone indicated that they might add capacity in the future.

15. Holiday Inn Orlando – Disney Springs

Shuttle Details:

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to all four Disney theme parks every hour.

Guests will receive a QR code at check-in that provides the shuttle schedule for departures and returns, but shuttles usually run every hour. The shuttles do run to Early Theme Park Entry but don’t run to special events such as the runDisney or After Hours Events.

Shades of Green has all the amenities you would expect from any top-rated resort: nearly 600 rooms and suites, a selection of recreational activities, restaurants, a spa, a fitness center, two pools, self- and valet parking, bellhop service, free Wi-Fi, self-service laundry facilities, a military ticket sale office, etc.

Shuttle Details:

Shades of Green offers complimentary bus transportation to Disney’s four theme parks. There is a bus pick-up and drop-off area in the lower lobby past the Express Cafe.

Buses run every 20 to 30 minutes throughout the day. Check with the hotel or website before your arrival, as schedules are subject to change.

Here are the guidelines for the free shuttle:

• Before you board the bus, you must show your (1) resort ID card and (2) military ID card. You can use one resort ID for up to five guests.
• If you are not the sponsor, your guests must present their photo and resort IDs. All guests 18 and over must present a valid military or state-issued photo ID.
• Kids ages 15-17 only need to present their resort IDs.
• A parent or guardian must accompany children 14 years old and under (no ID required)

The Westgate Town Center Resort & Spa is in Kissimmee, just minutes from Walt Disney World. There are a variety of accommodations at the resort, including small Deluxe Studio Villas and spacious Four-Bedroom Deluxe Villas with complete furnishings.

The on-site Shipwreck Island Waterpark provides a lazy river, water slides, water cannons, and a splash pad. Westgate Town Center Resort also offers several dining options, including a Mexican restaurant, a sports bar and grill, and a pizzeria.

Shuttle Details:

Westgate Resorts has a few local hotels with Disney World shuttles, one being Westgate Town Center Resort.

There are two to three shuttle departures in the morning and two to three pick-ups at the parks in the evening. This service requires a reservation with the VIP desk in advance. There is no continuous shuttle service throughout the day.

The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista is a family-friendly resort within the Walt Disney World, just a 5-7 minute walk across a pedestrian Skybridge to Disney Springs. This smoke-free hotel has two outdoor pools, three restaurants, and two bars/lounges (one poolside). There’s also an on-site fitness center and a snack bar/deli.

The Disney View rooms provide spectacular views of the nightly fireworks show.

Shuttle Details:

There is a daily shuttle service between the four main Walt Disney World theme parks. Shuttles to the Disney parks typically run in 30-minute intervals. Still, hotel guests are advised to check in at the front desk for the latest shuttle schedules and information. Reservations are required.

The hotel doesn’t provide transportation to water parks or special events. To receive wheelchair or scooter assistance, guests must contact the front desk 48 hours in advance.
