Why is it saying "Your tax refund is scheduled to be mailed by" are they sending a check??

r/IRS - Refund Status Results Return Received Refund Approved Refund Sent Your tax refund is scheduled to be mailed by March 4, 2022. If you do not receive the refund by April 1, 2022, please contact us again. We are unable to take any action until then.
