I accidentally upgraded to Premium, how do I downgrade, I see that isn't an option
If I have to start over, I'm just going to H&R Block, you're not worth the trouble.

I'm sorry, but the only way to downgrade your online product is by using the "Clear and Start Over" feature. More information below.
