To go to the “Menu” page on the Facebook app, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Settings & Privacy“.

After that scroll to the bottom and you’ll find the option to “Upload Contacts” Click on it and turn on the toggle button to give permission to Facebook to access your contact list.

Once you have the given access, click on “Continue” and the Facebook algorithm will automatically start uploading your contact list.
